Welcome to the first year of the Ellon Wedding Show, we aim for the show to be a huge success and bring as many potential clients your way. The show will be an excellent way for you to meet face to face with your customers and also meet other exhibitors from the local area.
Ellon Wedding Show welcomes businesses of all sizes to the event to show off what they have to offer. We are delighted to host the event at the lovely New Inn Hotel in Ellon, with the choice of two fantastic ball rooms fit for any wedding style.

How do I pay for my stand
You will receive an invoice by email for the value of £50.
Can I cancel my booking
Yes you can cancel your booking at any time. You will only receive a refund if you cancel before the 17th of January 2019 (One month prior to the event).
Can I leave my stand UNATTENDED
Stands must be attended at all times. Any stands that have no one hosting them will be dismantled and removed.
Will I be able to leave the event early
All exhibitors must not begin dismantling their stand until 16:00. This is due to health and safety reasons. Any exhibitors found dismantling their stand before 16:00 will not be allowed to return to any future events.
Will the event be advertised
Yes this event will be heavily advertised on a number of different media.
Will There be access to power
Please state in the signup form you require electricity so we can accommodate this.
Will there be refreshments provided
Yes all exhibitors will be offered Tea or Coffee along with a bacon role prior to the event commencing.
Is the parking for Exhibitors
The hotel has a small carpark with limited spaces. There are number of pay and display car parks within walking distance.
Can i give out food samples
Yes of course you can hand out examples of your product.
can you offer exclusivity to vendors
We believe that competition speeds up the decision making process for potential customers, being able to compare vendors on the day allows couples to consider their options much quicker!
